Ted is a dedicated Counselor in Training pursuing a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Ashland Theological Seminary.He is working under the supervision of Sharon Williston-Benadum, MA, LPCC-S, LICD, SAP.
Ted is honored to walk alongside clients on their counseling journey, providing a safe and supportive space to explore their concerns. He uses a therapeutic approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), incorporating elements of mindfulness to promote emotional and behavioral well-being.

Ted works with men, women, and teens aged 16 and older, with life experiences in areas such as parenting, men's issues, gambling and alcohol addiction, life stressors, and time management. He believes in the transformative power of counseling to help individuals navigate life's challenges and achieve personal growth.
​
Outside of his counseling work, Ted is married and has one daughter in college. He and his wife are embracing the " empty nest" phase of life. In his free time, he enjoys playing pickleball, frisbee golf, and cooking delicious cuisine.
