Sarah Phillips

Sarah is licensed in the State of Ohio as a Licensed Professional Counselor.  She recently received her Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. Sarah graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and is currently supervised by Sharon Williston-Benadum, MA, LPCC-S.

Sarah is passionate about providing a warm, creative, and accepting space that meets the unique needs of each client on their healing journey. She uses Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) but also draws from Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS) and spiritual direction.

Sarah enjoys hanging out with her husband and son, preferably outdoors. You can also find her hiking, gardening, and meandering around the thrift store.
